win11로 업그레이드시 에러내용입니다

22000.194 버젼 으로 업그레이드를 하는 중인데 계속 Error = 0xC1900101-0x20017 이 나면서 win 10 으로 롤백하는 현상이 나타나네요 문제는 더 낮은 버젼도 마찬가지라는점 인데요... 해결밥법을 아시는분 계신가요??
