Greed, anger and ignorance bind up one's mind.
The way they arise from one's mind and cause harm to oneself
may be likened to the reed that dies when it bears fruit.
탐욕, 성냄, 어리석음은 사람의 마음을 얽어매나니
그것은 자기 마음속에서 생겨 스스로를 해치는 것이
마치 갈대가 열매를 맺으면 제 몸을 죽이는 것과 같느니라.
